Tan Sri Nazir Razak
Chairman and Founding Partner
Ikhlas Capital
Nazir Razak is currently the Chairman and Founding Partner of Ikhlas Capital, an Asean private equity firm set up in 2019.

Nazir retired as Chairman of CIMB Group in October 2018 after a 29-year career with the ASEAN banking group during which he spearheaded its dramatic transformation from a Malaysian merchant bank to one of the largest banking groups in the region.

He served on the Investment Panel for the Employees Provident Fund (2002-2017), on the Board of Khazanah Nasional (2014-2018), and on the Board of Bank Pembangunan as Chairman (2021-2023).
During his tenure at CIMB Nazir was recognised as Malaysia’s top executive/CEO several times and was the youngest recipient of Finance Asia’s ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ in 2009. He was awarded Euromoney’s ‘Outstanding Achievement Award’ in 2012 and was the winner of the prestigious ‘Asia House Asian Business Leaders Award’ in 2015.

An advocate of ASEAN economic integration, Nazir served as Chairman of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) Malaysia from 2023-2025. His chairmanship of ASEAN BAC in 2025 is widely regarded as one of the most consequential ever.

In 2025 he was also appointed chairman of the Tun Razak Foundation, set up by the government in 1976 to preserve and honour the legacy of Malaysia’s former Prime Minister.

Nazir graduated from the University of Bristol in 1988 and obtained an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge in 1989. In 2009, he was the Chevening Fellow at the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies and in 2019, he was the Transformational Leadership Fellow at the Blavatnik School of Government (BSG), Oxford University.

He serves as a member of the BSG’s International Advisory Board.

Nazir regularly participates as a mentor for McKinsey & Co’s CEO Excellence Program and is a trustee of Asia Business Council, a prestigious grouping of the heads of many Asia’s largest companies.

Dato’ Muazzam Mohamed
Board of Consumer Credit Commission
Dato’ Muazzam Mohamed is widely recognised as a transformative leader in Islamic finance, bringing together deep technical expertise, strategic clarity, and a commitment to purposeful innovation.
 
As Group CEO of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad previously, he guided the institution through a decade of growth and reinvention — from crossing RM100 billion in assets to pioneering Sadaqa House and completing the landmark 2021 restructuring that positioned Bank Islam as Malaysia’s only standalone listed Islamic bank. His leadership also accelerated the bank’s digital modernisation, reshaping customer experience and organisational capability. Before Bank Islam, Dato’ Muazzam built an 18 year career at KPMG across audit and management consulting, advising both public and private sector leaders.
 
Today, he continues to shape the industry through board roles at the Consumer Credit Commission, Malaysian Accounting Standards Board, and IBFIM, and as Chairman of Malaysian Institute of Accountant’s Islamic Finance Committee. His contributions have been honoured through multiple regional and global awards.
Datuk Nicol Ann David

Born August 26th 1983 in Penang, she’s considered the greatest squash player of all time. She holds records such as: World No.1 for 108 consecutive months, the longest reigning World No.1 squash player, 8 times World Champion, 10 times Asian Champion, 2 Commonwealth Gold medals and 5 Asian Games Gold medals alongside being considered one of Malaysia's most trusted personalities. She was crowned the greatest athlete of all time in World Games history in 2021.

Her next mission is to give back to the next generation and she launched in June 2022 her non profit organisation the Nicol David Organisation with the mission of empowering children, families and public schools through the power of sports, education and mental health. Established in Kuala Lumpur, NDO has developed four flagship programmes that are changing lives:
  • Empowering more than 2,700 beneficiaries across three Malaysian states through our community programmes.
  • Little Legends currently serves 180 children from low-income families in Kuala Lumpur through squash training, English tutoring, life skills workshops, robotics education and competitions.
  • Ibu Legends supports 200 mothers through mental health programmes, nutrition and physical education, free medical check-ups, financial literacy and entrepreneurship training.
  • Bapa Legends engages 60 fathers through pickleball training, stress management and financial education workshops.
  • Positive Play, our school-based initiative combining physical activity and positive psychology, reached over 1,600 students across Malaysia in 2025, while +Play Cikgu equips teachers to champion well-being within their schools.

She has been awarded an Honorary Masters in Arts by Nottingham University (2006), Doctorate in Science from University Sains Malaysia in 2019, and recently awarded an honorary doctorate by Heriot-Watt University in 2022 as Doctor of the University and the current Professor of-Chancellor of the university.

Her other involvements include Academy Member for Laureus and served as National Goodwill Ambassador for UNDP Malaysia.

In July 2024 she led the Malaysian Olympic Team as Deputy Chef de Mission to the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Wilson Beh

Priya Subramaniam

Priya Subramaniam brings over 30 years of cross-industry experience spanning banking, education, automotive, retail, engineering, oil & gas, and manufacturing. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations and is an Accredited Competency Development Professional and Certified Transformational Leader and Coach.

As a strategic HR Business Partner, Priya shapes people strategy at the leadership table by translating enterprise priorities into targeted workforce strategies that drive business outcomes, strengthen leadership capability, and enable execution excellence at scale.

She brings deep expertise in organisational design, talent strategy, and culture transformation, consistently positioning HR as a driver of business value and sustainable growth.

She is currently the Group HR Director at AICB Group, where she leads the people strategy portfolio, driving enterprise-wide talent, leadership, and organisational capability agendas to support sustainable growth and future readiness.
Anthony Raja Devadoss

Anthony Raja Devadoss is the Country Managing Director, Korn Ferry Malaysia and leads the Board & CEO Practice in Malaysia, supporting the rest of the Organization & Talent Strategy practices and part of the Global Technology, Industrial & Financial Markets team for the region.
 
Anthony Raja brings over 25 years of experience in cross spectrum of Board & CEO practice, HR Business Transformation Consulting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Leadership Talent development and Assessment within the region and globally spanning across industries. His areas of expertise in Digital Technology, Energy, Financial, Healthcare, Industrial and Global Business Services & Telecommunications.

Anthony is the immediate past chair, GBS Malaysia [Digital Global Business Services Council Malaysia] a Global Business Services initiative of PIKOM - The National Tech Association of Malaysia, Secretary of PIKOM, PIKOM Academy, Chair and WCIT2022 Chair – Program & Speaker. Anthony has been appointed as Research Fellow of National Human Resource Centre at HRD Corp, Malaysia to support human capital development and its long-term sustainability. 

He is actively involved in the country and region’s HR Services & Technology industry development and holds memberships in various National and international associations including Global Technology & Business Services Council.
 
Before joining Korn Ferry, Anthony spent 20 years with another Global Outsourcing & Consulting firm where he held several regional leadership positions. He was the former Managing Director & Business Head covering Asia Pacific and member of the board of a global leadership & career management group in the US.

Anthony holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Maharishi International University, US, Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Loyola College, India & Post Graduate Diploma in Computing from De Montfort University, UK. Dr. Wong Tze Yow

Dr. Wong Tze Yow is a career banker and have worked 32 years in various financial institutions in the areas of International Banking, Offshore Banking, Wholesale Banking, Consumer Banking, Operations, and Information Technology. He started his career in RHB Bank and became the Head of Data Centre and Operations in 1998, progressed to Standard Chartered Bank in Wholesale Banking and Consumer Banking as Directors role in Transaction Banking and Personal Banking respectively. In 2010, he joined Maybank and later stationed in Hong Kong for an international posting to cover Greater China, Indochina, and the Philippines.

Dr. Wong holds senior management positions in these banks, the last role as Group Managing Director Transaction Banking, Maybank including chairmanships and directorships in industry representations namely BAFTA in New York, ASEAN Banking Association in Singapore, HKACEF in Hong Kong and International Chambers of Commerce (ICC), Malaysia. He is a regular speaker in SWIFT SIBOS, The Assets Hong Kong and The Asian Banker (TAB), Singapore.

Dr. Wong holds a DBA from Universiti Malaya Wales, an MBA from Southern Cross University, Australia and has attended various executive education programmes in Havard Business School, USA, Asian Institute of Management, Philippines and IMD Business School, Switzerland. He is a Fellow of Universiti Malaya and Fellow in Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM).
