Open Tender: Asian Banking School Enterprise Risk Management Implementation

Asian Banking School (ABS) is pleased to invite qualified and experienced vendors to participate in the above tender.

Mandatory Requirements

Only companies which fulfill the following requirements will be considered:

Malaysian registered company.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in providing consulting services for enterprise risk management.
No litigation has been instituted against the tenderer at the point of submission.
Positive net worth for at least 2 out of the last 3 financial years (based on audited financial statements).
The entire commercial project cost shall not be more than RM80,000 (include all government taxes, cost of delivery, and any other related charges).

Tender Document Request

The RFP document will be issued to the interested parties via e-mail effective 1 August 2025 upon submission of the following:

Appendix I – Conditions of the Proposals
Appendix B – RFP Acknowledgement Form
Appendix C – Undertaking of Confidentiality
Appendix D – Conflict of Interest Declaration Form

Interested tenderer(s) shall email the above duly completed forms to tender@stfresources.com.

The tender closing date is on 28 August 2025 at 3 pm (MYT).
